IT Team Leader
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant professional experience.
Communication and presentation skills to audiences of different sizes and levels of seniority.
Customer centric mind-set.
Good understanding of software development processes in scrum methodology.
High level understanding of back-end and front-end software development technologies.
Understanding of usability and user experience topics.
Team player attitude.
English language is mandatory as all documents and project communication is in English.
Responsibilities:
Management of all team members and organization related topics: workload planning (including management of staff holidays, absences, back-ups schemes), follow up on recruitment processes, mobility’s, and newcomers; evaluate daily work and write annual appraisals.
Cooperate with global Framing team responsible for overall system roadmap evolution to understand long term plans and projects as well as have a good understating of the whole corporate credit platform.
Be an active contributor in the development of new projects and stakeholder’s relationship, while acting as well in the support of transversal projects designed to foster the overall efficiency objectives
Follow up on high level roadmaps divided into system parts and development streams.
Creates control points as part of procedures and operating methods to ensure that work goes smoothly and drafts ad hoc reporting
Contribute to change management rollout, from deployment plans to user training.
