We’re looking for a Senior Product Engineer to help us build the core of our AI platform, used daily by enterprise CTOs and engineering teams.

We're at an early stage, but this is not an experiment.The platform is already live and rolling out to real customers. You’ll have real ownership, fast decisions, and direct impact. No corporate layers. No politics. Just building.

About the role

• We’re looking for an experienced engineer who feels comfortable across technologies and environments, and naturally thinks AI-first.

• You’ll be building scalable backend systems and product-level full-stack features. We work with modern development approaches, including agent-based and AI-assisted workflows.

• Our setup is simple and focused: Linear and Notion for execution, Kubernetes with operator patterns for deployment, and a strong bias toward doing things properly. We genuinely enjoy good engineering and we’re here to build something we’re proud of.

What we’re looking for

• You are solid in at least one modern language. We mostly use Go, TypeScript, and Python, but we care more about how you think than the exact stack.

• You don’t have a “that’s not my job” mindset. If something needs doing, you step in and help make it work.

• You have experience designing and building backend systems, including REST or GraphQL APIs.

• You understand resilience patterns and how systems behave under load and failure.

• You’re proactive, curious, and hungry to learn.

• You enjoy using AI in your daily work and are excited about AI-assisted and agentic coding.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native platform engineering, including operators, sidecars, or working directly with K8S APIs.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, MCP or proxy-style architectures, or agent-based applications.

• Occasional interaction with customers doesn’t scare you.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs.

• Build product features end-to-end using modern TypeScript patterns.

• Work on core platform components like proxies, operators, gateways, and LLM routers.

• Collaborate on data models, schemas, and pipelines.

• Use AI-powered development tools and agentic workflows as part of everyday work.

• Contribute to infrastructure and deployment automation.
