AI Platform Engineer

Bitropy is building sovereign AI infrastructure for European companies — giving teams full control over data, costs, and compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act).

We’re looking for someone to help us build the core of our platform — already used daily by engineering teams and CTOs.

🧠 What you’ll do:

• build and scale backend systems (APIs, services, integrations),

• ship product features end-to-end,

• work on core platform components (LLM routing, gateways, proxies),

• help shape architecture and data models,

• use AI in your daily work (agent workflows, AI tools),

• contribute to infrastructure and deployments.

• Go, TypeScript, Python,

• approach: simple, solid, no overengineering,

• BYOD.

✅ Who we’re looking for:

Must-have:

• strong backend fundamentals (APIs, systems, scalability),

• solid in at least one: Go / TypeScript / Python,

• able to deliver end-to-end,

• no “that’s not my job” mindset — you get things done,

• proactive, curious, eager to learn,

• using AI in your work (or excited to start).

Nice to have:

• Kubernetes / cloud-native experience,

• experience with LLMs, agents, or AI applications,

• comfortable talking to users.
