We are looking for an experienced specialist and RPA Solutions Architect ready to take on a leadership role in delivering professional services in the field of Intelligent Business Process Automation.

What You Will Do:

·  Sales & Pre-Delivery Support – Supporting the sales cycle by validating delivery capacity, shaping scope, effort and risk; contributing to proposals, RFPs, and Intelligent Automation offering materials; coordinating case studies and success metrics.

·  Project & Service Oversight – Organizing project teams, monitoring delivery progress and health indicators, conducting reviews and sprint ceremonies, managing risks and changes, and ensuring commercial performance across various contract models.

·  Project Execution – Performing or delegating delivery tasks such as process analysis, documentation, solution design, bot/agent development, code reviews, infrastructure setup support, maintenance activities, PM documentation, and client trainings.

·  Client, Vendor & Partner Management – Maintaining strong client relationships, aligning delivery with expectations, collecting feedback, identifying growth opportunities, and serving as a point of expertise for leading automation vendors and licensing models.

·  Delivery Operations & Reporting – Ensuring accuracy of delivery data, supporting financial and operational reporting, preparing regular status updates, and contributing to continuous improvement of delivery processes and templates.

·  Owning IA methodologies and best practices (development, infrastructure, operations, discovery), capturing insights for portfolio updates, sharing knowledge, fostering collaboration, promoting innovation, maintaining dashboards, and representing the team at industry events.

Basic Qualifications: 

• Professional experience in the area of Intelligent Automation.

• Have hands-on implementation experience with UiPath (minimum 3 years — experience with other RPA platforms is valued, but UiPath is our priority).

•  Have experience as an RPA solutions architect, developer, and analyst — including preparing automation documentation.

• Have experience implementing bots using IDP/IXP-class tools.

• Have completed at least the UiPath Automation Developer and UiPath Solution Architect learning paths in UiPath Academy, and will complete UiPath Business Analyst and Automation Developer DU Specialist before joining us.

• Have strong knowledge of the UiPath platform — including its lesser-known components — and can clearly explain them.

• Upper-intermediate or higher command of English (B2+).

• Possess excellent communication skills.

• Certification and experience with other RPA technologies (e.g., BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, MS Power Automate).

•  Knowledge of Python and basic AI concepts.
