Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Service Desk Specialist to join our IT Service Desk team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their IT career who wants to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment.
In this role, you will provide first-line technical support to internal users, both on-site and remotely, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. You will support user onboarding, manage hardware assets, assist with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration, and contribute to maintaining IT security standards.

Please note, that this role requires availability to work on-site in Warsaw 3–4 days per week
What you will do:
Provide first-line IT support to internal users (on-site and remote)
Handle incidents and service requests via ticketing system
Prepare and configure hardware for new employees (onboarding)
Manage IT assets, equipment maintenance, and vendor communication
Support Microsoft 365 and perform basic administration in Entra ID (AD/Azure AD)
Assist with MDM operations and user access management
Support basic IT security processes, including MFA and endpoint protection

Basic Qualifications:
Entry-level experience in IT support or strong technical interest
Basic understanding of computer networks
Foundational knowledge of Active Directory / Entra ID
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environment
Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot business applications
Good communication skills and customer service mindset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
English proficiency at B2–C1 level
