Your Tasks
Advanced in technical support of Microsoft „cloud“ solutions (Microsoft365, Azure)
Proven experience in analyzing customer needs, document requirements and solving of technical issues on both end user but as well organizational tenant level
Participate in projects as stakeholder in related topics and act as sub-project leader
Ability to analyze customer needs, document requirements,
Consulting and recommendation of potential improvements regarding the daily support & operation activities
Advanced in understanding interdependencies between all the services within M365 as will with Office 365 Apps for Enterprise and MS Project Online
Experience in supporting further cloud collaboration tools like Asana, Conceptboard, Decisions is a plus
Stay curious of all things about M365, including changes & updates, roadmap & releases, and third-party solutions.
Provide overall Office 365 administration expertise including and basic knowledge of Azure Active Directory
Experienced with Microsoft Graph & Azure DevOps
Implement and Develop scripts based on PowerShell, Azure CLI and terraform
Define and implement solutions based on business requirements such as data protection
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in system support (M365, Azure).
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and ITIL processes; ServiceNow experience is a plus.
Strong organizational skills: work in a structured way, and pay attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and positive attitude.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
