We are looking for a dynamic Reporting Designer to join our “Global Support” team located in Warsaw, Poland.

PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In the position as Reporting Designer, you will be part of the BEC Global Support team in Poland supporting various functions at BEC including IT Service Delivery Management, Enterprise Project Management Office, Business Implementation and many other.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain state-of-the-art reports.
- Analyze required sources of information and choose method of cyclic data pulls.
- Choose proper (right for purpose) reporting tooling balancing complexity and ease of maintenance.
- Design data model of underlying reporting database.
- If needed, design business workflows to collect source data in a structured way even before reports are created.
- Collect requirements from report receivers and at the same time be able to advise alternative approaches.
- Be in close contact with report receivers while reports are designed and built out (frequent feedbacks).

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Substantial experience with designing and building reports (SQL, Power BI and Excel/PowerPivot/VBA at minimum.
- Able to suggest proper approaches to building reports and – equally importantly – justify on why some of the suggested approaches are not good fit.
- Ease of creating SQL queries.
- Preferred experience with building business workflows in Power Automate, Sharepoint workflows or any other business workflow tools.
- Ease of communicating with people, understanding their needs, being able to show alternative ways of meeting their needs. Natural curiosity, active listening skills.
PLUSES:
- Knowledge of Tableau, Jira Dashboards or ServiceNow reporting will be a plus.
