Senior System Analyst (API, Data, ETL, Power BI)

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and documenting integration and data solutions within a banking environment. You will bridge the gap between technical and business teams, ensuring high-quality, data-driven system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop technical documentation including High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD)

• Analyze and design system integrations, focusing on REST APIs

• Model data and design data structures

• Gather and refine business and technical requirements

• Create process documentation using BPMN and UML

• Collaborate closely with development teams, architects, and business stakeholders

• Support data-driven solution design

• Build reports and dashboards with Power BI

• Participate in ETL processes and data management activities

• Work in an Agile environment

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or IT Analyst

• Strong experience in designing and analyzing REST APIs

• Practical skills in data modeling

• Knowledge of ETL processes and working with data

• Proficiency in creating technical documentation (HLD, LLD)

• Familiarity with BPMN and UML

• Experience gathering and documenting requirements

• Hands-on experience with Power BI

• Knowledge of Python programming

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Experience in the banking sector, especially with credit products and data

• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Snowflake

• Familiarity with tools such as GitHub

• Knowledge of data governance practices

• Experience working in an enterprise environment
