Job description:
Join a dynamic project focused on analyzing and redesigning complex data environments. The role involves mapping current data flows, improving data lineage documentation, and proposing future-state data architecture. As a IT Analyst, you will collaborate with multiple teams to understand business needs and ensure the reliability, quality, and integration of data across systems. This position combines deep analytical skills with technical expertise and strategic thinking in a modern data landscape.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document current data lineage across legacy systems,
• Identify data sources, transformations, and destinations,
• Create detailed data models and lineage diagrams,
• Evaluate data quality and assess relevance across systems,
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate needs,
• Design and propose target-state data acquisition and integration solutions.
Knowledge and experience:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in data management, IT/business analysis, or architecture,
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, mapping, transformation, and flow,
• Familiarity with data warehouses and databases (e.g. Snowflake, DB2),
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools (e.g. DBT, Alteryx) and visualization platforms (e.g. PowerBI, QlikView),
• Solution design and systems integration experience is a strong plus,
• Prior experience in the banking domain is an advantage,
• Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken,
• Proactive mindset with solid stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
