Do you find recruitment interesting and would you like advise candidates and hiring people leaders through the recruitment process? We are now looking for a Tech Recruiter to support and bring value across the different units in organisation.
Welcome to the Talent Acquisition team. We are a key operational function in organisation, supporting whole of organization in fulfilling the recruitment needs. As experts in the field of recruitment, we add value to the business by partnering the hiring leaders to find the right people for their vacancies. In your role as the Tech Recruiter, you will recruit for talent and collaborate with our teams. You will be responsible for defining and executing the Talent Acquisition strategy for a variety of prioritized roles. You have an impact on the business and on each of the hired employee’s life, as you bring them closer to their dreams and everyday aspirations.
What you’ll be doing:
- End to end handling of recruitments across our core markets including Nordics, Poland and Estonia. This includes having start-up meetings with Hiring People Leaders, providing job ad creation support, attracting candidates using sourcing techniques, interviewing of candidates, assessing candidates, ordering contracts, advising Hiring People Leaders on recruitment matters etc.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Group People to ensure a strong value chain
- Ensure traction and compliance on all process stages to secure we finalize recruitments at a good pace within agreed SLAs
- Promote diversity awareness and embracing teamwork to generate overall success
You’ll join the Polish Talent Acquisition team, but you’ll also be in daily contact with the wider TA team located across the Nordics, Poland and Estonia. We are 10+ people in the Polish team and we take big pride in supporting and learning from each other whilst having fun together.
Must-have knowledge and experience
Additional expectations:
- Hybrid work (readiness to work 3 days per week in the office),
- Location: Gdańsk (alternatively Warszawa or Łódź)

- Take joy in engaging and collaborating with candidates, Hiring People Leaders and People Business Partners/Heads of People to deliver on Talent Acquisition plans
- Provide great project management, enabling the business to have full confidence in your execution of their hiring plans whilst managing expectations
- Are an adaptable person, who keeps an open mind to changes in processes or circumstances across various markets
Your experience and background:
- Experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment for difficult to fill technical positions
- Experience coordinating with many different stakeholders at once whilst keeping a good overview
- Solid project management and stakeholder management skills to productively and efficiently plan, and execute on multiple projects/priorities combined with sufficient detail orientation
- Relevant educational degree and strong communication skills in English
