Project Manager

We are looking for a hands-on PS&I Project Manager with PMI certification to lead end-to-end projects independently. You'll masterfully switch between Waterfall and Agile methods, ensuring governance, documentation, and control excellence. Experience with Azure cloud and cybersecurity domains is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate, plan and deliver transformation and integration projects in Azure cloud and cybersecurity domains
• Own full project lifecycle (scope, plan, budget, risks, stakeholders)
• Deliver projects using both Waterfall and Agile approaches
• Apply structured Waterfall practices including governance and change control
• Run Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery where relevant
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, cloud, business and security
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirements
• Provide clear reporting, risk management, and decision support to stakeholders

Must-have Qualifications:

• PMI certification (CAPM or preferably PMP)
• Strong experience with Waterfall and Agile delivery models
• Proven ability to manage IT projects independently as sole Project Manager
• Experience in IT transformation and integration projects
• Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of Cloud and Cybersecurity domains (Firewalls, Proxy, DLP, Endpoint Protection, Security Monitoring, Vulnerability Management, IAM, Network Security, Azure Architecture)

Nice to Have:

• Experience in financial sector is a plus

Employment: B2B contract

Hourly rate: 135 - 145 PLN

Locations: Warsaw, Łódź, Gdańsk, Gdynia (Remote work possible)
