You will be responsible for financial management, including forecasting and following up on actuals. Additionally, you will oversee people and contract management, handling on- and off-boarding processes. You will also provide ad hoc assistance to management and teams, such as documenting actions, following up on tasks, delivering status reports, and arranging events.
Requirements:
- Have great coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire the people you work with
- Pay attention to details, with the ability to keep an overview to deliver your commitments and dependencies to others
- Like to work with your own topics as well as collaborate in a team
- Good track record in administrating and supporting large teams/organizations
- Financial experience - budget follow-up and tracking
- Advanced PPT and Excel skills and in general skilled in MS Office
- Working experience with JIRA and Confluence is an advantage
- Agile Project Management skills
- Used to work with many nationalities and cultures
- Fluent in English
This role requires the candidate to work from our office in Tricity or Warsaw once a week to facilitate collaboration and team engagement.
