About the role
We are looking for an IT Analyst to support project activities and user assistance in communication and management tools. You will work closely with the project manager to coordinate project tasks, onboard users, and support tool adoption. This operational role requires excellent organizational skills, independence, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key responsibilities
Support the project manager with task management, reporting, and escalation
Organize and lead project meetings
Assist users with account setup and tool usage
Ensure effective onboarding and conduct user training sessions
Maintain user databases and tracking systems
Monitor tool adoption and provide user support for efficient use
Coordinate project activities and ensure timely task completion
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent English
Good knowledge of Excel and ability to prepare presentations
Strong organizational skills and self-reliance
Experience in user onboarding and training delivery
Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
Experience working with user systems and tracking tools
