Detailed description of work task to be carried out

The WS2 Reporting Specialist’s main priority is to respond with agility and precision to crucial ad-hoc requests from leadership and senior stakeholders, and to maintain and optimize the workstream’s data governance setup through upkeep of automated data processes and improved data accessibility. It is also part of the Reporting Specialist’s role to support the Reporting Coordinator in delivering and coordinating high quality progress reporting. The role is critical in ensuring WS2 can adapt rapidly to diverse stakeholder needs, escalations, and urgent requirements while maintaining the integrity of the data foundation.

Must-have knowledge and experience

Resource needed to maintain high quality of stakeholder communication, overview of activities across WS2, and data for progress reporting.• Adeptness in adhering to deadlines and systematically approach tasks, with strong written and spoken communication skills.• Proficiency in Excel with experience in data modeling with Power Query and Excel formulars, enabling the formulation of initiatives and projects reports tailored for executive audiences.• Robust capabilities in presentations quality and attention to detail.• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership across teams.• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to integrate outside-in knowledge with context-specific factors.• Supporting the coordination and reporting on progress of projects across multiple stakeholder meetings and reporting cadences.• Maintaining quality of data and reporting cadence through effective project coordination and timeline management.• Ad-hoc analyses and requests from senior stakeholders with efficient turnaround and quality assurance.

Hybrid: working 3 times peer week from the office.

Locations: Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warsaw and Łódź.
