Presales Engineer (Cloud ACS)
Join our Presales team and play a key role in winning new Cloud ACS customers. Help prospects understand the value of our cutting-edge device management platform, validate their use cases, and support successful deal closing from the very first interaction.
Key responsibilities
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with prospects
Prepare and manage Proof of Concepts and trial environments
Analyze customer requirements and align them with Cloud ACS capabilities
Address technical questions, including RFPs and security or architecture assessments
Cooperate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a smooth handover after contract signing
Requirements
Proactive, customer-oriented professional with experience in pre-sales or technical customer-facing roles
Comfortable discussing technical requirements and engaging confidently with customers
Ability to quickly learn complex technical products
Basic understanding of network protocols
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent English is required; additional languages (Spanish, French, German, Italian) are a plus.
