Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience on similar role (Project Manager, Delivery Manager)
- An ability to lead by example and demonstrate best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong delivery focus
- An ability to work independently to move the programme forward
- Fluent English
Responsibilites:
- Work closely with the Product Engineering team to create and manage project plans for implementing new functionality
- Remove cross team obstacles and blockers to enable efficient delivery, proactively managing dependencies and get the best value against constraints
- Own and manage internal / third party implementation plans and delivery risks
- Work with teams to take a continuous approach to planning, forecasting,estimating, metrics and measurements
- Coach teams to become better at autonomously organising and sharing their work
- Facilitate continuous improvement and apply the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques for the team’s environment
