Delivery Manager

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience on similar role (Project Manager, Delivery Manager)
• An ability to lead by example and demonstrate best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Strong delivery focus
• An ability to work independently to move the programme forward
• Fluent English

Responsibilites:

• Work closely with the Product Engineering team to create and manage project plans for implementing new functionality
• Remove cross team obstacles and blockers to enable efficient delivery, proactively managing dependencies and get the best value against constraints
• Own and manage internal / third party implementation plans and delivery risks
• Work with teams to take a continuous approach to planning, forecasting,estimating, metrics and measurements
• Coach teams to become better at autonomously organising and sharing their work
• Facilitate continuous improvement and apply the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques for the team’s environment
