We are looking for a person to support the workflow/pipeline creation in cooperation with pRED scientists. An open-source platform for managing, processing, and sharing genomic and other large scientific and biomedical data. If you want to learn CWL (Common Workflow Language) - Apply !

✔ At least 2-3 years of experience in Data Engineer

✔ Git and Bash scripting

✔ Python programming

✔ Container concepts: Docker & Kubernetes

✔ Knowledge about JavaScript
