Join Rublon to work with a team of cybersecurity enthusiasts who are building the future of enterprise user authentication. Rublon Multi-Factor Authentication is used by hundreds of customers across the globe to protect employee logins to networks, servers, endpoints and applications.
We are looking for a long-term employee or contractor who will provide technical support to end users of Rublon MFA in English and German.

As a 2nd Level Support Specialist at Rublon you will help customers use Rublon Multi-Factor Authentication:
- Provide second level support to end users, helping them deploy, configure and manage Rublon MFA
- Identify, analyze and implement solutions to issues reported by users via ticketing system, phone and email
- Ensure smooth operation of second level support in cooperation with foreign partners
- Facilitate communication between users and third level support teams
- Implement changes and adjust documentation according to ITIL methodology
- Work on business days between 08:00 and 17:00 CET (8 hours/day)
- Optionally provide 24/7 support (paid extra)
- Very good written and oral knowledge of German language (level C1 or better)
- Very good written knowledge of English language (level C1 or better)
- Experience in a similar position, using support ticketing systems
- Knowledge of incident, change and issue management practices in line with ITIL methodology
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux server environments
- Ability to prioritize, be responsible and work independently
- Ability to confidently communicate with peers
- Confidence in using business software tools
- General understanding of IT, allowing you to freely use industry terminology
- Very good written and oral knowledge of both German and English language (level C1 or better)
- Work permit in Poland
- Experience with Windows Server administration, incl. Active Directory/LDAP and PowerShell
- Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies like Entra ID and Intune
- Experience with Amazon AWS
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts
- Knowledge of information security
