Salesforce Consultant

We are seeking a Salesforce Functional Consultant with 3–5 years of hands-on experience delivering Salesforce solutions across the core Salesforce platform. Financial Services expertise is desirable.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in configuration, business analysis, and user engagement, and will be comfortable working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions using declarative tools (Flows, App Builder, etc.), support testing/UAT, and ensure successful adoption. Salesforce certifications and experience working in a consulting or client-facing delivery environment are highly desirable.

Your role in the team will include

1. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions using declarative tools (Flows, App Builder, etc.),
2. Support testing/UAT, and ensure successful adoption

We're looking for you if you have

1. 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce projects
2. Strong skills in configuration, business analysis, and user engagement
3. Salesforce certifications and experience working in a consulting or client-facing delivery environment are highly desirable.
4. Participated in hybrid Agile/Waterfall deliveries: backlog grooming, functional specs, SIT/UAT cycles
5. Supports workshops and configuration playback, SIT/UAT fixes playback
