We are looking for a data-savvy Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to join our Marketing Technology Support team and help us elevate our Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities.
“As a key member of our marketing technology support function, you’ll bring deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and key marketing processes. As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability and effectiveness of our marketing automation ecosystem. Your expertise will help maintain data integrity and support our global marketing teams in achieving their goals.
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, you will:
Support and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform with a focus on data flow and data management.
Troubleshoot automations ensuring smooth execution and timely resolution of issues.
Ensure data consistency for marketing leads, analyze discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
Assist marketing teams with technical setups and provide guidance on best practices.
Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting.
Participate in cross-functional projects and collaborate with stakeholders across IT and marketing.
What will make you successful
You are a Salesforce Marketing Cloud professional with a passion for marketing data and a strong analytical mindset. You thrive in a structured environment and enjoy solving complex problems.
You have:
3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially modules like Audience Builder and Journey Builder.
Strong SQL skills and understanding of subscriber data models and data extensions.
Ability to interpret API logs and troubleshoot data synchronization issues.
Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and knowledge of AMPscript, HTML, JavaScript and SSJS is a big plus.
You bring strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively across teams and functions. Your analytical and logical mindset helps you approach challenges with clarity and precision. You are proactive in identifying and resolving issues and constantly look for potential improvement.
