Currently we are looking for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Decision Support Analyst) who will join a team working on projects from MarTech industry.

You'll be joining the EMEA team that recently conducted an audit of a Client's Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution. Based on the audit, the Client has expressed interest in implementing the recommendations. At this stage, project details remain high-level - specific deliverables will depend on the Client’s final decisions.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to work in a dynamic and advisory capacity on a strategic initiative.

 

 

Work Mode: 100% remote

Duration of the project: 4 months (with possibility of extension)



Job Responsibilities

  • Provide Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) expertise to support post-audit implementation planning.

  • Analyze and consult on content setup, audience segmentation, and automation journeys.

  • Utilize tools such as Einstein and AmpScript to optimize engagement.

  • Collaborate with internal developers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical actions.

  • Support integration and data processes using SFMC API capabilities.

  • Work closely with the EMEA team and participate in technical discussions with local (Polish) development teams.


Expectations

  • 3+ years of professional experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of: Content creation and audience building in SFMC, Einstein features, Journey Builder, AmpScript, SFMC APIs

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Comfortable working in a consulting/audit response context.

  • Availability to start immediately.

  • Fluency in English (C1+) and Polish.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup with international teams.
