The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Technical Content marketer with a deep understanding of technology and IT security to be a hands-on leader for our brand awareness and product campaigns. You will be the core of our marketing team shaping the product positioning and global scaling efforts. Writing valuable and insightful content for technical and business audiences.
What you will do
Write technical and deeply engaging articles for the purpose of product positioning and marketing incl. case studies, use cases, tutorials, how to articles
Create other forms of content (use cases, case studies, interviews) relevant for product target audience
Distribute content in channels like youtube, reddit, x, LinkedIn and email
Track and report content performance across the channels
Optimize content with right keyword fitting product positioning
Create, manage paid campaigns (adds) on various platforms (Google, Reddit, Youtube, X)
What you bring
Solid grasp of technical audiences, and the B2B buyer journey
Demonstrated experience (min 3 years) creating, distributing and optimizing technical content across multiple platforms
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in campaign analytics and reporting
Demonstrated experience managing paid campaigns across multiple ad platforms (Google, Youtube, X, Reddit, LinkedIn) with positive results (sales conversion)
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate product value into clear, engaging messaging.
Handling pressure and continuously striving to improve campaign performance.
English proficiency at C1 level or higher
Bonus points
Familiarity with DevOps, infrastructure, or cybersecurity spaces.
Experience with privacy or security-related product

Compensation & Contract
10k - 14k PLN + VAT / monht (B2)

Hiring Process
Demonstrate your ability to communicate technical value clearly and engagingly by creating content that educates and promotes Defguard to a technical B2B audience.
Option A: Write an Article (~700–1000 words)
Topic:
“How Defguard Enables Zero-Trust Remote Access with WireGuard® and Self-Hosting”
Goals:
Explain the technical value of Defguard to DevOps, IT admins, or CISOs.
Highlight key differentiators like self-hosting, MFA at VPN level, and open-source secure architecture.
Make it SEO-friendly (use headings, keywords, meta description, etc.)
Explain your process and content in a short video call.
Bonus: Include a suggested distribution plan across LinkedIn, Reddit, and email.
Option B: Record a Short Video (1–3 minutes)
Topic:
“How to Connect a Remote Team to Your Infrastructure Securely Using Defguard”
Goals:
Record a screen-share + voiceover walkthrough of a basic Defguard setup (e.g., adding a user, assigning a device, connecting via WireGuard).
Explain why a technical team would choose Defguard over other VPNs.
Tailor the messaging for a technical but time-strapped B2B viewer.
Bonus: Include a short script of your voiceover or a social post to distribute the video.
