At ARLA, we’re transforming our Information Security organization, and we need a strategic leader to help us build and secure our future. As a Senior Manager, you’ll lead efforts to develop and maintain ARLA's security architecture and resilience frameworks, ensuring that all aspects of our technology are designed with security in mind. Your role will be vital in strengthening our defenses against cyber threats and preparing us to recover quickly from incidents.

 How you will make an impact 

• Lead a global team of security architects and specialists,
• Design and implement security frameworks to protect our critical information assets,
• Develop strategies for cyber resilience, including disaster recovery and incident response,
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to integrate security into projects and systems,
• Select and implement cutting-edge security tools and technologies.

What will make you successful 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred),
• An experience as a seasoned leader in information security architecture with a proven track record in resilience planning,
• Experience with security frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, and incident management,
• Strong technical and communication skills to influence both technical teams and senior management,
• Certifications like CISSP or CISM are a plus.
