For our offices in Warsaw and Krakow, we are looking for experienced Technical Product Owner to develop an enterprise-scale web-based platform for online lotteries.

What You'll Do

• Translating business requirements into solution requirements, documented in a Product Requirement Document (PRD) format.

• Performing analysis, documenting and managing integrations with 3rd party vendors, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless and timely delivery.

• Conducting comprehensive impact analysis by thoroughly understanding of the platform complex architecture, including frontend and backend applications, third-party integrations, BI, etc.

• Collaborating effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders: Security, Compliance, Marketing, Support, IT, etc.

• Taking full ownership of features throughout their lifecycle, from initial concept through launch and managing the ongoing analysis and optimization phases.

• Prioritizing and managing the product backlog based on priorities, business values, dependencies.

• Defining, monitoring and analyzing product metrics to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and make informed product decisions to optimize outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in the product ownership.

• Hands-on experience documenting requirements, including creating detailed diagrams (activity, sequence, state) and specifying application interfaces and solution requirements.

• Experience in 3rd party system integrations and feature launches is a strong advantage.

• Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

• Strong team player, excellent interpersonal and service skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, well organized, multi-tasking.

• A fast learner with a proactive approach to solving challenges and adjusting to rapidly changing environments.
