Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of customer requirements, including project initiation, planning, coordination, execution, documentation, monitoring, and closure.

  • Communication with central IT & Automation (e.g., ABIT, workflows).

  • Support in IT projects.

  • Software installation and user software support.

  • Organization of relocations

  • Procurement of computer hardware, including technical management and ordering.

  • Recording, maintenance, and updating of time data for assigned employees.

  • Substitution for other time data managers from P/S.

  • User and authorization management.

  • 1st-level support (user hotline and shared mailbox).

  • Work with Notification tool and job monitoring.

  • Use of Audit & Compliance Tool (Accenture).

  • Batch input for infotypes.

  • Locking users per domain and per security concept.

  • User adjustments, system setup, error analysis, troubleshooting.

  • Handling of assigned and unassigned tickets.

  • Participation in departmental meetings.

  • Independent learning and continuous knowledge development.

  • Electronic dispatch of payroll documents (pay slips, supplements, time records, password assignment).

  • Archiving in DMS (D3).

  • Dynpro extension.


Requirements:

  • University or technical college degree.

  • Professional experience in relevant areas.

  • Knowledge of REFA, SAP, PC user skills, operational knowledge, and professional expertise.

  • Income tax tables and health insurance contribution tables.

  • Correspondence, application guidelines.

  • User software.
