    Job description

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide advanced 2nd line technical support to end-users and customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, or in-person
    • Install and configure hardware and software
    • Support the employee onboarding and off-boarding processes;
    • Prioritize and resolving service requests and incidents efficiently in a ticketing system meeting SLAs (Service Level Agreements);
    • Maintaining and tracking of IT assets;
    • Create and maintain detailed documentation for common technical issues and solutions, and contribute to the knowledge base;
    • Collaborate with other IT teams and specialists to tackle technical problems and projects;
    • Assist in important meetings (PC, Audio Video setups) as needed
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT support and share knowledge with the team.


    Requirements:

    • Around 2 years of experience as an IT support specialist or in a similar position
    • Languages: English min. B2 and Polish min. C1
    • Ability to provide technical support and resolve IT issues
    • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
    • Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
    • Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed
    • Open and helpful attitude
    • Interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Used to work independently and in the team
