IT technical support

Job responsibilities:

• Configuration of network devices (switch, IP cameras, VLAN, VPN)
• Windows server and virtualization management
• Installation and configuration of software on client machines (O365, Windows, Solid Edge, and others)
• Supporting the purchasing department in selecting optimal hardware and other IT solutions
• Providing IT support to users in problem-solving

Our requirements:

• Technical education (IT, electrical, electronic, or related)
• Professional experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of English
• Adaptability
• Good communication skills
• English and Polish languages

Nice to have:

• Experience in building automation and electrical installations
• Time management skills
• Problem-solving skills
