Technical Support Engineer with German language skills who will work with customers to resolve their application and product issues, which will allow the customer to maintain or improve their automation system.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for the products to internal and external customers including end-user Operators, OEMs, Developers, System Administrators, Field Consultants, and Engineers.
- Team member of our Visualization Software team where you will work with leading FactoryTalk OperationSuite software.
- Create and publish knowledgebase articles,
- Provide exceptional customer service from inception to resolution for each issue,
- In most cases, this support will be provided by phone, Submit a Question(SAQ) or Chat Support.
Our requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems.

Fluent in German and English.
- Very good knowledge of the product range and applications of industrial automation in connection with software solutions and IT systems.
- Knowledge of VMWare, (Windows Servers), Ethernet networking, HMI systems, IIS, SQL.
- Communicative and team-oriented personality.
- Soft skills of empathetic listening and patience.
- Nice to have: knowledge of PLCs.
