Operational Support & Service Delivery Location: Hybrid/Wrocław (2 days per week in the office)Full-time
We are currently seeking an experienced Operational Support & Service Delivery on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for support and ensure stable operations of the DTC platform and to provide service delivery capabilities for project execution. The new employee will handle incidents, ensure SLA compliance,support backlog management, and contribute to scalability and performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support Engineer (Platform):
Incident troubleshooting and resolution
Documentation of incidents and recurring issues
SLA & KPI monitoring for DTC platform
Coordination with internal teams and suppliersFor Service Delivery Engineer (Platform):
Monitoring platform performance
Managing service backlog (access/change/information requests)
Delivering projects on agreed timelines.Supporting project execution
Ensuring scalability and performance
Required Qualifications:
Hard skills:
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
Platform monitoring & troubleshooting
Incident and problem management
SLA/KPI tracking
Backlog management in ServiceNow or similar tools
Project delivery support
Soft skills:
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a distributed (offshore) environment
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Collaboration with cross-functional teams
Fluency in English and Polish, both written and verbal (minimum B2 level)
