Responsibilities:

·       Educate the team in Scrum and Agile ways of working (in particular SAFe), ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed. 

·       Enabler to Sprint ceremonies, including Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, ensuring they are productive and kept within the timebox.  

·       Support the Product Owner to manage the backlog and guide the team.

·       Protect team productivity and facilitate the removal of impediments to improve the likelihood of achieving the Sprint and PI objectives.

Requirements:

·       2-4 Years of experience as Scrum Master 

·       Act as the servant leader and coach for 1+ Agile Team(s).  

·       Have a laser focus on ever-improving team performance and dynamics, helping the team to resolve challenges and identifying opportunities for growth. 

·       Support the team to improve communications and relationships with other teams.

·       Represent the team and provide clear status updates to stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned. 

·       Delivery Metrics knowledge and experience is required

·       Agile Delivery Skills (Scrum, Kanban) inc preferred Scrum Master Cert
