IT Business Solutions Specialist (SAP FI)

We are looking for IT Business Solutions Specialist F&L with focus on Accounts Receivables, Payments and Treasury.

Within the role you will:

·    Be part of EUR Regional F&L IT team, under the guidance of the EUR Regional F&L Financial Accounting Lead, based in Warsaw

·      Contribute to executing global IT strategy on regional level in EUR, working closely with the global IT Product teams and representatives of F&L community across European markets

·      Provide functional and technical consulting support to global teams and individual markets when it comes to execution of both global and local F&L initiatives

·      Evaluate existing and new IT processes and identify optimisation opportunities

·    Communicate across several internal and external stakeholders of IT processes and initiatives (business FRMs, business representatives, internal and off-shore IT teams)

·      When required lead end-to-end delivery of complete or part of the initiatives

·      Support escalations of IT technical incidents and directly contributing to resolutions of critical incidents

·      Contribute to building and maintaining internal best practices in your area of responsibility

Key Skills and Experience:

·      Overall good functional and technical knowledge of SAP FI module, primarily in the Accounts Receivables and its integration with Sales & Distribution.

·      Strong understanding of the practical aspects of AR business processes from the user and department perspective and ability to translate them into technical requirements (Good understanding of Finance Processes, especially in AR area, will be an asset)

·      Understanding of SAP AP Payment and Banking processes. Knowledge of In-House Cash will be a plus.

·      Experience in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and high transaction volumes environment will be a plus.

·      Practical experience in working with eCommerce platforms and integrating them with SAP backend system.

Additional requirements:

·      Knowledge of indirect taxes in the SAP system, including tax reporting and Intrastat

·      Knowledge of SAP Finance related master data

·      Self-organized approach and effective proactive communication across different functions and levels of the organization, both internal and external

·      Understanding project management methodology, especially agile methodology to the extent required to be efficient member of the project team

·      Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel based on prioritization

·      Good English language skills.

·  Analytical skills; interest in IT and eagerness to deep-dive and learn the IT systems and solutions

·      Interest in new digital technologies
