Head of Delivery
We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Head to take responsibility for managing and coordinating all delivery activities across the MEA region. This position plays a key role in ensuring effective project delivery, high client satisfaction, and operational efficiency across various service areas. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong strategic thinking combined with practical leadership skills to support business growth and innovation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Regional Delivery Leadership:Take full ownership of delivery governance within the MEA region, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and standards. Serve as the main delivery liaison for strategic clients and internal partners,
Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, providing transparent communication on delivery status and proactively identifying opportunities to deliver additional value. Collaborate with account teams on cross-selling and upselling initiatives,
Operational Performance:Oversee delivery KPIs, quality standards, and continuous improvement programs. Manage and resolve escalations effectively while sustaining high levels of client satisfaction,
People Leadership:Lead, coach, and support Delivery Managers, Program Managers, and multidisciplinary teams. Promote a culture focused on responsibility, teamwork, and innovation,
Financial Oversight:Be accountable for regional delivery budgets, forecasting, and overall profitability,
Work Model:Flexible work arrangement with the option to work remotely or from the office; on-site presence at least once per month is preferred.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT service delivery, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position,
Demonstrated success in managing complex, large-scale delivery programs,
Proven experience in offshore delivery models for MEA clients and a strong contribution to regional growth and development,
Solid understanding of the MEA market and its specific characteristics,
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills,
Strong sense of accountability and ownership,
Client- and people-oriented mindset,
Fluency in both spoken and written English and Polish.
