- Build and fine-tune generative models using state-of-the-art deep learning frameworks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed AI capabilities into operational workflows.
- Optimize model performance and ensure robust, scalable solutions.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to AI systems.
- Document processes and solutions, ensuring transparency and scalability.
- Translate complex AI concepts into insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid foundation in machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
- Strong proficiency in Python, and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with generative models like GANs and VAEs.
- Deep understanding of natural language processing and AI for text, vision, or speech generation.
- Skills in data preparation, feature engineering, and model deployment.
- Knowledge of AI deployment in cloud environments, ideally Microsoft Azure.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a knack for creative and analytical thinking.
- Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Recognized AI certifications.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
- Awareness of ethical AI principles and their practical application.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in diverse teams.
