As part of our cutting-edge tech team, you’ll be driving the development of next-generation AI solutions integrated into a large-scale platform. You’ll collaborate across disciplines to design, test, and deploy intelligent systems that push the boundaries of what AI can do.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and fine-tune generative models using state-of-the-art deep learning frameworks.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed AI capabilities into operational workflows.
• Optimize model performance and ensure robust, scalable solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to AI systems.
• Document processes and solutions, ensuring transparency and scalability.
• Translate complex AI concepts into insights for non-technical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid foundation in machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
• Strong proficiency in Python, and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with generative models like GANs and VAEs.
• Deep understanding of natural language processing and AI for text, vision, or speech generation.
• Skills in data preparation, feature engineering, and model deployment.
• Knowledge of AI deployment in cloud environments, ideally Microsoft Azure.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a knack for creative and analytical thinking.

Bonus Points For:

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Recognized AI certifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
• Awareness of ethical AI principles and their practical application.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in diverse teams.
