Full Stack Developer

Senior Full Stack Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team and help shape the next generation of our products. Reporting to the Development Manager, you’ll take real ownership of features and systems, working hands-on across the entire development lifecycle — from early design decisions to production support.

This is a hybrid role, with work from our Kraków office 1–2 days per week.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the design, development, and evolution of high-performance web applications using React, Java, and HTML.

• Owning features end-to-end, from requirements and technical design through delivery and production support.

• Partnering closely with product owners and engineers to define solutions that balance business needs with long-term technical health.

• Applying deep domain knowledge in FX and banking to build scalable, business-critical functionality.

• Driving best practices in Agile delivery, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Tackling complex technical challenges and making sound architectural decisions.

• Supporting and improving live services with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and quality.

• Actively contributing to sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions — and raising the bar for the team.

What we’re looking for:

• Extensive experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, React and HTML.

• A solid software engineering background and an engineering-led approach to problem solving.

• Proven experience working in Agile teams and DevOps-oriented environments.

• Ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and take full ownership of the systems you build.

• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A proactive mindset — you spot problems early and drive improvements without being asked.

Nice to have:

• Experience with financial platforms or trading systems.

• Hands-on exposure to microservices architecture, PostgreSQL, and Linux environments.

• Previous experience mentoring other engineers or influencing technical direction.
