Purpose of the Role
The Client Regional Deployment Lead will be responsible for implementing digital tools, enhancements, and processes developed by the global Commercial Agility Transformation (CAT) program across Europe and Australia.This role ensures the delivery of a coherent set of fit-for-purpose tools, driving strong user adoption, ongoing support, and effective performance.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and understand regional commercial teams’ digital needs and feed insights into the CAT program strategy.
Act as the main point of contact in the regions for all CAT-related digital infrastructure and data issues.
Represent regional implementation requirements in the CAT program and identify necessary process changes.
Plan and manage deployments of CAT tools and functionalities, including tool selection, testing, rollout planning, and training.
Provide post–go-live user support.
Coordinate across commercial teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful implementation, mitigating risks as needed.
Drive regional adoption of CAT initiatives by tailoring training programs and establishing effective feedback loops.
Requirements
Education: BSc/MSc in IT.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in project and program management, ideally in digital transformation.
Strong skills in managing complex programs, communication, stakeholder engagement, and change delivery.
