We are looking for a proactive BA to join one of our EdTech projects, LCMS.

Description
The Business Analyst Role will involve bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and ensure alignment between business goals, functional specifications and development output, ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Create user stories, process flows and business cases
• Support development and QA teams throughout the SDLC
• Translate business needs in technical requirements
• Manage documentation and workflow diagrams

Requirements
• Have extensive experience in requirements gathering and elaboration, stakeholder management and process modelling
• Be technically proficient and be able to manipulate and verify data using python, for example, and understand project architecture
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Have extensive experience with Agile Processes and Scrum methodologies and environments
• Have a proven track record in leading and facilitating scrum teams to deliver requirements and projects within scope and budget on time
• Strong project management, team communication skills and experience working in Agile environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to make and own technical decisions
• Have the ability to translate business goals into technical execution plans
• Have strong analytical skills
• Have relevant qualifications and certifications, such as a degree in business administration, finance, economics, management information systems, computer science, or information technology, as well as IIBA or PMI certifications
• Prior experience in the EdTech domain (e-learning platforms, digital classrooms, LMS) is a must

Nice to have
• Knowledge of learning science, instructional design, or accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
• Familiarity with tools like Moodle, Canvas, Zoom SDK, or Google Classroom integrations
