Project Manager
Andersen is hiring a Project Manager to lead delivery governance for a portfolio of medical imaging solutions, aligning agile teams and ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes.
The customer is a global medical technology company that develops advanced imaging systems and AI-powered software for clinicians. With decades of experience, it supports healthcare professionals in early detection, improving diagnostic accuracy, and streamlining clinical documentation. Its solutions combine high-quality hardware, intelligent analytics, and secure data management to optimize everyday workflows worldwide.
The project is a portfolio of initiatives centered around medical imaging solutions for skin scanning and early disease detection. The focus is on establishing clear governance and consistent delivery across multiple agile and hybrid teams.
Responsibilities:
- Defining and standardizing project management methodologies (Agile/hybrid).
- Building a scalable portfolio structure across projects and initiatives.
- Enabling end-to-end tracking from epics to releases in Jira.
- Creating transparency on status, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
- Defining portfolio hierarchy (initiatives, epics, projects, releases).
- Establishing planning and tracking standards in Jira.
- Implementing consistent status, milestone, and dependency tracking.
- Designing portfolio-level dashboards and reporting views.
- Aligning teams and stakeholders on common delivery practices.
Must-haves:
- Experience in project and portfolio management for 5+ years.
- Strong expertise in Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Proven experience using Jira for multi-project tracking.
- Ability to structure and govern complex delivery landscapes.
- Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
- Background in software/technology-driven organizations.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Nice-to-haves:
- Knowledge of German.
