Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and support our Mergers&Acquisitions (M&A) initiatives. This role is pivotal in coordinating due diligence and post-merger integration activities, ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple functional teams including Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and Information Technology. The person in this role will operate in a dynamic and complex environment, managing cross-functional projects and aligning efforts with senior leadership to achieve successful acquisition outcomes.
Responsibilities
Plan, monitor, and track integration activities throughout various M&A initiatives.
Coordinate due diligence processes, facilitating alignment among all involved teams and stakeholders.
Manage project timelines, key milestones, and interdependencies to ensure timely delivery.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with acquisition and integration activities.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, HR, and IT departments.
Ensure consistent alignment and engagement of all stakeholders during the entire project lifecycle.
Support the successful execution and delivery of acquisition-related projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in project management with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
Relevant experience in M&A, corporate development, or large-scale organizational transformation initiatives.
Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Experience engaging and managing multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven capability to drive consensus and alignment across diverse teams and business units.
