Payroll Accountant

The international IT сompany Andersen, invites a responsible and organized Payroll Accountant to join its team.

Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services. For over 17 years, we have been helping enterprises and middle-sized firms transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies. 

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

– Processing full payroll for over 300 employees, managing work contracts, and submitting all required reports.  

– Calculating travel expenses and assisting with report preparation.  

– Addressing employee inquiries through the ticketing system.  

– Advising employees and managers on compensation-related legislative matters.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

– Accounting experience in calculating salaries and taxes in Poland for at least 5 years, in companies with at least 100 employees.  

– Experience in submitting all relevant reports, including tax, ZUS, and RRK.  

– Knowledge and experience with accounting software for human resources and payroll calculations, including practical experience with Optima.

– Proficiency in the Polish language.

Nice to have:

– English language proficiency – from Intermediate level or higher.
