MS Dynamics Architect in the EU (Must have: Russian)

Responsibilities: 

- Contributing to building and evolving Microsoft Dynamics practice, including identifying improvement areas, tooling, and architectural accelerators. 

- Acting as a solution architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, translating business challenges into scalable ERP and CRM solutions. 

- Designing target architectures for Dynamics 365 (Business Central, Finance, and related modules), including integration landscapes and data flows. 

- Leading architectural vision and best practices across Dynamics initiatives, ensuring consistency, quality, and long-term maintainability. 

- Driving architecture decisions, documenting standards, patterns, and guardrails for the Dynamics practice. 

- Providing technical leadership and guidance to development and consulting teams, including mentoring and knowledge sharing. 

- Supporting pre-sales and business development through solution visioning, high-level estimations, and participation in client workshops and demos. 

Must-haves: 

- Experience in solution or technical architecture roles for 5+ years. 

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV and understanding of SMB ERP domains (finance, supply chain, inventory, projects). 

- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (F&O): architecture, configuration, and implementation oversight. 

- Proven track record in designing and overseeing ERP or financial system solutions. 

- Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into clear technical architecture. 

- Excellent soft skills with proven experience negotiating and communicating with non-technical stakeholders, technical teams, and C-level executives. 

- Strong leadership skills with experience guiding teams or driving cross-functional initiatives. 

- High level of autonomy, ownership mindset, and ability to propose creative architectural solutions. 

- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above. 

Nice-to-haves: 

- Certification as Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or Solution Architect Expert. 

- Experience leading a full-scale initiative end-to-end, from idea to implementation. 

- Consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
