Delivery Manager

Andersen is hiring a Delivery Manager to oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, efficiency, and coordination across teams for global digital solutions.

Responsibilities: 

• Managing a portfolio of projects from pre-sales to post-production stages.  

• Managing timelines, risks, and client business expectations.  

• Ensuring delivery efficiency, including project optimization and profitability management.  

• Planning, controlling, and allocating project budgets.  

• Closely collaborating with internal and external project stakeholders.  

• Continuously monitoring and improving team performance metrics.  

• Analyzing RFPs.  

• Preparing solution estimations.  

• Preparing commercial proposals for clients (including presentations).  

• Building teams and managing project timelines.  

• Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and overseeing managed projects.  

• Maintaining regular communication with clients regarding development, strategies, and business goals. 

• Preparing reports and maintaining the required client documentation. 

Must-haves: 

• Experience in IT project management for 3+ years (planning, scheduling, project communication, problem-solving, change and risk management).  

• Experience as a Delivery Manager for 2+ years.  

• Strong understanding of project management, including various methodologies and tools.  

• Experience managing projects using different Agile methodologies.  

• Experience in fintech or healthcare domains is a priority.  

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).  

• Strong planning skills and the ability to switch quickly between projects without losing focus.  

• Experience preparing proposals, translating functional requirements into a clear scope of work, and forming and managing project resources based on client needs. 

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.  

• Knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques and experience in requirements management. 

• Level of English – Intermediate+ and above.
