Delivery Manager (MS Dynamics)

Andersen, an international IT сompany, invites a Delivery Manager (MS Dynamics) to work on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities: 

- Leading end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent software projects (fixed-price and T&M), ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence. 

- Building and scaling the Dynamics ERP practice. 

- Working closely with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define clear business priorities, actively support account development strategies, and ensure delivery of high-value outcomes. 

- Developing and maintaining detailed delivery roadmaps, milestone plans, and resource allocation strategies. 

- Acting as the primary client-facing leader, managing stakeholder expectations, facilitating strategic alignment, and ensuring transparency and efficiency. 

- Tracking and improving delivery predictability, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and changing requests. 

- Supporting pre-sales by contributing to RFP/RFI responses, estimations, and tailored delivery proposals. 

Must-haves: 

- Experience in IT Delivery Management for 5+ years. 

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central / NAV and/or Finance & Operations), including configuration and practical system usage. 

- Experience in managing or directly participating in Dynamics implementation projects, with a deep understanding of ERP processes (finance, supply chain, inventory, projects). 

- Proven experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including effective communication and collaboration with C-level executives. 

- Experience supporting pre-sales activities: solution visioning, preparing proposals, estimations, and presenting Dynamics solutions to clients. 

- Proven ability to manage the Dynamics implementation lifecycle, from discovery to go-live. 

- Experience selling or promoting professional services and solution offerings. 

- Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and executive clients. 

- Ability to work independently, propose solution approaches, and manage multiple priorities. 

- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban or hybrid delivery approaches. 

- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above. 

Nice-to-haves: 

- Microsoft Dynamics certifications. 

- Consulting experience in the Microsoft Dynamics domain.
