Cloud Productivity Migration SME (Google Workspace → M365)

Location: 100% remote work

Salary: 100 – 110 PLN net/h (B2B via Experis)

Role Overview:

We are looking for specialists to support a large-scale enterprise migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. You will be responsible for analyzing the customer’s current Google-based solutions, evaluating technical and business processes, and defining high level migration approaches toward the Microsoft ecosystem.

Three candidates will be selected, each bringing expertise in one of several specialized areas.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-level reviews of Google Workspace solutions, Apps, AppSheet workflows, extensions or API based integrations used across the organization.

• Analyze technical KPIs (usage volume, automation activity, dependencies, criticality) to determine business and migration relevance.

• Assess constraints such as connectors, data sources, authentication flows, licensing implications, and integration feasibility within M365 and Power Platform.

• Identify which solutions can be migrated directly, which require redesign, and which should be replaced with native Microsoft equivalents.

• Provide recommendations and initial migration patterns for Power Platform, Graph API, Azure Functions or other Microsoft services.

• Support Microsoft teams in prioritizing items and shaping the overall migration strategy.

Expertise Areas:

(candidates may specialize in one of the following tracks)

Track 1 – AppSheet & Power Platform Specialist

• Strong expertise in AppSheet, Power Platform, Excel

• Review and categorize AppSheet apps and organizational forms

• Analyze automations, dependencies, and usage patterns

• Identify feasibility and redesign requirements for migration to Microsoft solutions

Track 2 – Google Workspace API & Extensions Specialist

• Experience with Google Workspace, Google APIs, Extensions, and Microsoft 365

• Analyze usage of API-based business processes, traffic volumes, user groups

• Determine critical integrations and migration/rebuild needs

• Recommend rebuild, replacement or deprecation strategies

• Outline initial high level rebuild patterns for M365 technologies

Track 3 – AppSheet Migration SME

• Focus on AppSheet applications, automations, and dependency mapping

• Evaluate migration feasibility and licensing considerations

• Support design of Microsoft-based replacements or redesigns
