Job description

Andersen, an international IT company, is looking for a Business Analyst Architect to join its team for large-scale projects across various industries.

Responsibilities: 

- Developing and implementing a business analysis strategy for complex IT projects. 

- Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements from stakeholders, including clients, product managers, and development teams. 

- Designing business process architectures and integrating them with technical solutions. 

- Creating and maintaining documentation, including BRD (Business Requirements Document), SRS (Software Requirements Specification), User Stories, Use Cases, and process diagrams (BPMN, UML). 

- Developing and aligning functional and non-functional requirements. 

- Coordinating the work of the business analysis team, providing mentorship and training. 

- Participating in the design of user journeys and interface prototypes in collaboration with UX/UI designers. 

- Ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical implementation through collaboration with architects and developers. 

- Analyzing and optimizing business processes to enhance product efficiency. 

- Participating in Agile/Scrum processes, facilitating meetings (grooming, planning, retrospectives). 

- Assessing risks and proposing solutions to minimize project impact. 

- Developing and documenting internal and external business analysis services. 

 

Must-haves: 

- Experience as a Business Analyst Architect, Lead BA, or Senior BA for 5+ years. 

- Deep understanding of business analysis and requirements management methodologies (BABOK, IIBA). 

- Proficiency in process modeling tools: BPMN, UML, ERD (experience with Enterprise Architect, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools). 

- Experience in writing technical documentation: BRD, SRS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria. 

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, experience working in cross-functional teams. 

- Strong skills in conducting interviews, workshops, and facilitating stakeholder meetings. 

- Understanding of REST API principles, microservice architecture, and integration processes. 

- Experience collaborating with technical teams (developers, QA, DevOps) to ensure requirements are implemented. 

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify key business needs and propose optimal solutions. 

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to various audiences. 

- Experience in systems analysis. 

- Participation in digital transformation initiatives in large enterprise companies. 

- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above. 

 

Nice-to-haves: 

- Business analysis certifications (CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA). 

- Experience with requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps). 

- Basic knowledge of UX/UI design and experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar tools. 

- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrating them into business processes. 

- Knowledge of SQL basics for data analysis and hypothesis validation. 

- Experience working with high-load systems.
