AI Engineer
Andersen is hiring an AI Engineer to develop intelligent solutions and support international digital projects across multiple industries.

Responsibilities:
- Building and delivering fullstack features (backend + React frontend).
- Implementing AI-powered functionality (LLM integrations, agent workflows).
- Collaborating with the Tech Lead on system design and follow established architecture.
- Contributing to testing and improving reliabiliting of AI-driven components.
- Working within existing infrastructure (CI/CD, deployments, monitoring).
- Delivering production-ready, maintainable code.
Must-haves:
- Eperience with Python for 5+ years.
- Strong frontend skills with React — ability to build production-ready UIs.
- Experience building fullstack applications (backend + frontend integration).
- Practical experience with LLM-based features: working with APIs, prompt engineering, basic understanding of RAG.
- Understanding of AI agent concepts, with ability to implement flows (not necessarily design from scratch).
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Copilot).
- Experience working with CI/CD and cloud environments (as a user).
- Good testing practices (unit/integration).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases.
- Exposure to LangChain / LangGraph (or similar frameworks).
- Experience building SaaS platforms.
- Experience with conversation-based UIs.
- Basic understanding of security best practices (auth, data protection).
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Nice to haves:
- Exposure to LLM-related testing.
