TechOps Lead

Role Overview:

The Tech Ops Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the technical infrastructure and workflows involved in the product's life cycle. This role will focus on technical decision-making, providing expert advice on technical issues, and managing the smooth interface between the Product Owner and the development team. The candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, enabling bug resolution, maintaining system reliability, and aligning team efforts with the long-term strategic objectives of the Product Owner (2026 goals).

Key Responsibilities:

•  Lead and oversee technical discussions related to the product development and operational workflows.

• Approve and review proposed technical solutions to ensure scalability, performance, and security alignment.

• Assist in troubleshooting critical issues across CI/CD pipelines, Glue jobs, Data Lake, and more.

• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving recurring bugs or technical challenges.

• Work closely with the Product Owner to translate business strategies into achievable technical milestones

• Review deliverables from the development team and ensure they align with set objectives and established standards.

• Implement best practices for workflow monitoring, root cause analysis, and error resolution.

• Guide the establishment and optimization of automation processes to improve system efficiency.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer and hands-on support to new team members.

• Create and implement playbooks for troubleshooting and technical best practices.

Requirements:

•  Proven experience in CI/CD pipelines setup and maintenance (e.g., CloudFormation).

•  Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., Glue jobs, Lambda functions, Data Lake management).

• Solid understanding of data warehouse design (e.g., DBT projects, Tableau dashboards).

• Strong troubleshooting skills for technical environments with integrations such as Adobe Analytics and OCE-D/OCE-P workflows.

• Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Proven leadership experience in driving technical strategies in complex environments.
