We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the development of a modular, enterprise-grade EdTech platform. This is not a typical delivery role — it’s a strategic leadership opportunity at the core of a 24-month transformation program that will reshape how the company scales, operates, and competes in an AI-driven education market.

You’ll guide a 15-person cross-functional team through the end-to-end delivery of a composable platform, built from the ground up to support automation, self-service, and AI-native workflows. You’ll be the key link between business strategy and technical execution — driving focus, transparency, and outcomes in every sprint.

Responsibilities:

● Lead and orchestrate a cross-functional team of 15 specialists, including:

Two backend teams (Node.js / microservices / SOA), A dedicated React frontend team

,QA & test automation engineers, DevOps, Business architects and analysts

● Translate platform vision into clear, actionable delivery plans and ensure consistent progress on both strategic and tactical levels.

● Drive agile delivery processes with discipline and adaptability — from sprint planning and reviews to backlog prioritization and release management.

● Facilitate collaboration between product, architecture, and engineering teams to ensure alignment across business and technical domains.

● Ensure delivery focuses on platform capabilities: modularity, composability, AI readiness, and support for multi-tenant, role-aware environments.

● Promote a culture of ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement across the delivery team.

● Financial management of substantial budget

Required Skills:

● 7+ years of experience in software delivery and project or program management within a tech or product development environment.

● Proven success in leading cross-functional teams delivering complex software platforms.

● Strong understanding of agile methodologies, DevOps culture, and product delivery in service-oriented architectures.

● Ability to translate high-level goals into delivery roadmaps and daily execution tasks.

● Excellent communication skills — fluency in both technical and business contexts.

● Experience working with AI-driven systems, SaaS architectures, or multi-tenant platforms is a plus.
