Role Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer who will support the full software development lifecycle in an Agile environment. This role focuses on configuring, extending, and customizing solutions within Salesforce Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and enhance features on the Salesforce platform using both declarative and basic programmatic tools

• Build and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud applications using Custom Objects, Workflows, Validation Rules, Lightning Components, LWC, and APIs, following Salesforce best practices

• Participate in team ceremonies, demos, and review sessions

• Work within Agile methodologies and adhere to established architecture and coding standards

• Support design, code, and test reviews to help identify issues

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud

• Practical exposure to building pages and user interfaces in Experience Builder and Lightning App Builder

• Basic experience with Aura Components or LWC

• Familiarity with Apex triggers or classes

• Strong understanding of declarative automation: Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules

• Understanding of Salesforce data model concepts, including experience with SOQL and data tools (e.g., Data Loader)

• Knowledge of Salesforce security basics (Profiles, Permission Sets, sharing concepts)

• Foundational understanding of Salesforce architecture and development principles

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams

• Proficient English and Polish

Nice to have

• Exposure to common JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular.js)

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform App Builder or Platform Developer
