Technical Project Manager

For our client who is a world leader in pharmaceuticals and consumer health, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager. The objective of this project is to identify and prevent avoidable revenue leakage (such as duplicates, mismatches, and off-contract activities), prioritize remediation efforts, and produce a governed waterfall from gross sales to net sales. The platform will also enable analysis of discount spreads and price corridors, and provide a comprehensive end-customer view. To successfully execute this project, we require a TPM / Scrum Master.

Responsibilities:

• Around 15 years of IT experience, primarily in delivering project services within the Big Data and Cloud ecosystem, with a strong focus on AWS.

• Proven experience managing Data Engineering and Analytics projects in Big Data environments, using technologies such as Python, PySpark, Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow, and related tools.

• Strong capability in risk identification and mitigation, scope management, and decision-making with solid business acumen.

• Extensive experience in stakeholder management, including proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities beyond the defined project scope.

• Demonstrated ability to understand business requirements and translate them into clear technical requirements.

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, effectively running Scrum ceremonies as a Scrum Master; proficient in JIRA.

• Strong people management skills, including team leadership, status reporting, and issue resolution with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and quick turnaround.

• Excellent communication skills with a proactive and collaborative attitude.

• Experience working in the healthcare or life sciences domain.

• Certifications related to Agile, Scrum, or Project Management
